Hi! I'm trying to withdraw money from my Paypal account to my VISA. The card is verified, also I withdrew $1.46 couple of days ago. Now I'm trying to withdraw $820. But there is a message "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later". So I looked at my withdrawal limit, and I see this: "Your credit or debit card daily withdrawal limit is the maximum amount you can withdraw to your card each day. Your daily card withdrawal limit is: -$0.01 USD per day". Why is that? Why I can just withdraw my own money from my verified account? P.S. I thought it is problems with VISA, but I made a call to my Bank, it seems everything ok on their side. So the problem is on your side. Please, help me solve it. Gotta pay for rent, need money urgent. P.P.S. I'm citizen of Kazakhstan, so I can't link my US Bank account, and any other. Only VISA card.
