Withdraw PayPal balance from other Bank?

Hi everyone,

Now PayPal balance account did provide the checking/routing number? Am I able to make a withdraw or pay bill from OTHER bank account or credit card?

There is no one having such questions before, I am surprise.

For example if I have $100 in my PayPal balance.

1. Can I scheduled a withdraw from my Chase/Citi checking account?

2. Can I scheduled to pay my Chase/Citi credit card balance directly?

Just want to know if this PayPal balance account is a REAL checking account.
