Withdraw Money From Paypal But Not Receive Money

Hi everybody,

I withdraw money from April 18 until today it has been nearly 10 days but did not receive money to the bank account. I went to the bank office to ask for checking transaction from paypal but they said they did not receive any information from paypal. What should I do to get back the money I have withdrawn but not received
