Hi friend,
I think the problem is that I entered the card number and not the bank account number. I went to the Bank to ask them why I have not received money from paypal. They give me the account number and ask me to provide it to Paypal.
I wrote a letter to support paypal, but I have not been answered for 2 days
Now how do I get my money?

If the funds are declined then they should bounce back to your paypal account balance.
If no sign of them after 14 working days then contact customer services for a trace.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Advice is voluntary.
