Why can't I transfer money from my bank to my Paypal?

Hello,

I am trying to add funds from Bank Account that has been linked to Paypal.

But every time I add amount and submit I get error. 

Things don't appear to be working right now

Can someone guide me on the same.

Have you confirmed the bank account with the 4 digit code?

The bank has already been added but when adding funds from Bank to Paypal I keep getting error.
