Why can't I deposit money from my linked card but can deposit to the linked card?

So I wanted to deposit $20 to my paypal from my linked card, but I saw the button called "Transfer funds" instead of the usual "Transfer money". I clicked it and it asked me to select the credit card to which I wanted to deposit to, but there was no "Withdraw from card" option like I saw in the youtube tutorials I watched. I'll provide some pictures.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

I understand that you would like to add funds to your PayPal account. Unfortunately, you can’t fund your PayPal account with a credit card. The funds can be added to your PayPal account from a confirmed bank account only. Here's the link to know more information.
