My Bank has confirmed the debit transaction processed $55.64 from my Account to PAYPAL Australia on the 6/8/2018 5.00pm.
My PayPal account is still showing -$53.77 and Ebay purchases cannot be paid for as my Bank Account payment option has been removed.

I would like PayPal to explain why they are entraping my account by maintaining negative balance, and not accepting corrective payment made by my Bank.
PayPal Support @AskPayPal are online but not replying since requesting email on the 27th of July.
