Where does the "TOP UP" money go? my paypal balance is still 0 .

There is a transaction that of 101.59 that was extracted from my LINKED bank acct and labeled TOP UP in my paypal acct. The issue if it is going to my paypal acct it's not there because my paypal balance is showing as 0. I can' t dispute it because it is showing in my paypal as money I have received, but actually paypal took it from my LINKED bank acct and now it has vanished and not showing in my paypal balance  for me to be able to return it to my acct. PLEASE HELP.
