When i want to withdraw in EUR Paypal keeps converting it in USD.with exchanges im losing money

Hello, I have one problem, When i want to withdraw money on my credit card in EUR Paypal keeps converting it in USD.with exchanges im losing money. How can i change that?

Talk with PayPal customer service let them change your default card currency to Euro.
