What debit/ credit card is eligible for instant transfers in Australia

I’ve genuinely tried nab, comm bank, wespac, bank of Melbourne, up, Citibank and bendigo. All debit visa and MasterCards are not eligible. And it’s not the banks fault. So any recommendations for banks and cards would be good
