Hi! The problem for me, too, is that I can't add an account number to my account. You write this error message: "We are unable to attach this bank account at this time." I ask Paypal but for 3 weeks they just write me to give me the account number, etc ... they don't even look at the picture of the error message and they didn't answer my question about what is causing this error. Paypal help is awful !!!! Does anyone know a solution? thanks Jani
