I cannot add my card to my Paypal account because it says it's linked to another account but i have never used my card for Paypal before. How can I find out what account my card is linked to and how can I unlink it?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
