I'm unable to send money to my friend. I get this error message: "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.". I tried confirming my card on accident, and I'm not sure if I can stop this process. I can't complete it, because my card won't allow me to see messages connected to transactions. This makes my card locked to the paypal account, so I can't use the card on another PayPal account.
