I have an US paypal account since 2002 with 3 linked credit cards from the Caribbean. My business CC expired and when I try to update and change the expiration date and security code I get an error that states: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I tried yesterday and today but still get the same message.
I have changed expiration dates since 2002 without any problem. Any suggestions what it could be?
