Updating my expired card

I received an email stating that my card is about to expire.

The problem is that I have never had a "PayPal" card.  I am based in South Africa and "Paypal" is linked to my (FNB) First National Bank Card (but it is not a credit card) that I have just renewed, is that the one you are talking about?

Guys I am trying to know my PayPal ID but I can't what do I do.
