I was updating my bank account and debit card on Google Pay when I noticed under my PayPal it said account closed. I logged into PayPal only to see that it hasn't been closed so I removed the PayPal account and decided to add it again. NOW I get this message: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-CAC-01]" I've looked everywhere online and can not find a solution. Can anyone here help?
