I currently have PayPal balance of 0.00$, and I need to get money there for business purpose, and I have some funds on a card but I can't figure out how to send money from my card to my PayPal balance, without that money on PayPal I can't do business because money needs to be on PayPal.
It is not permitted to directly extract funds from cards to your PayPal balance.
Instead, link your Visa to the PayPal wallet and then when you checkout through PayPal, select the Visa as the payment method. PayPal will charge your card.
