Transferring money

Hi, I have a business account that we have used for years, I would transfer money to the bank account.  I had a new website built and have been receiving payments from customers with no issue but I am not able to make the final transfer to the bank account.  They sent me to the business help side and they have not fixed the problem or communicated very well.  I had to send the same screen shots 3 times before they got them.  They then told me they were sending the issue to the business development to take care of.  I have not heard anything for over 5 days, overall it's been almost 2 weeks.  

 

The normal transfer funds screen is there, I then click that I want to transfer funds, it then goes to a finish screen that says "your all done".  Nothing actually happens.

 

HELP!

I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered a technical issue that is preventing you from withdrawing your funds. I regret the length of time that it is taking for the technical team to work on your issue. I am sorry that there is no time frame for an expected resolution. Please continue working with the team that you were working with, as the answer will come from them.
