I want to transfer 29.00 from my PP bal into my bank account, and in the past, I've been able to transfer "customizable" amts, but now I'm only able to transfer my full PP balance, which I don't want to to do.
Is this a new Paypal change or some sort of glitch?
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
