Transfering my balance

Hi everyone,

 

i have my bank visa card confirmed and my back account set up. When i go to my wallet to transfer the balance to my bank account i does not see my card or account. It asks to set them up again. In this process the screen freezes and stops. My bank is Halifax. I cant transfer my money to my bank account where it is needed. Please help.
