Transfering money from Paypa to BDO account (Philippines).

I'm Arnolfo <removed> from the Philippines, I'm an illustrator and my client from US just paid me 100 dollars and was converted into Philippine currency, I immediately set up mu BDO account here on Paypal to be able to transfer the money to my local bank account, it notified me and said it was already completed, I was even charged 50 pesos for it. It's been over a week now and I still haven't received the money, not showing on my bank statement or my ATM card. Can someone please help me with my concern, I cannot find a local number for Paypal that I could contact, BDO doesn't seem to care as well when I contacted their hotline. You can email me at <removed> if ever you can lend me some help. I'd be glad to pay you at least half of the money. Thank you  in advance.

Hi, my issue still not resolve. I've made a lot of contacts to BDO bank but they are not handle it anynore because Paypal has their way to trace my fund. I was also advised by Paypal that it will took 7 business days after they trace the fund. I have already the tracing number but until now they did not give an update. They want me to wait until they trace the fund so I'm still confused and worried because they provided already the trace number but still tracing my fund. It should be transfered back to my Paypal Account that was their advised also.

Now I am getting worried. I just transfered mine. Its been two days. Now I am getting worried because of what I am seeing. 😔

This issue is already resolved. I got my money after a month. I keep sending them a follow-up message and wait patiently. Thanks for all the customer service that I have spoken with.

Same problem, What to do? I call the hotline of BDO, they say i need to contact paypal to get my money.

Yes, same way.. they advised me to contact Paypal because BDO doesn't have a way to monitor the ref number of my Paypal concern. What I did is I always sent messages to the Paypal customer service, it says my fund was on hold in Bank of America, and I requested to send it back to my Paypal account instead of posting it to my BDO account.
