Hello,
I have not been able to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank card. I used to do that through my phone until since almost 2weeks now that is not going. I have called PayPal customers care centre and i was told everything ok that it might be due to me using telephone that i should try it on a computer. Still on computer its still giving the same error message that I CAN NOT TRANSFER THE SAID AMOUNT AND I HAD EVEN TRIED TO LOWER THE AMOUNT BUT,STILL SAME ERROR.
Please, I really want this fix now if anyone can be of help .
