Transfer request made 6/1, bank account debited 6/3, email notification by PayPal that transaction is no longer pending 6/3. Now 6/5 and the account balance still shows zero and transfer pending. Contacting PayPal a fail; no telephone, no chat and no email. Any ideas? Traveling from USA currently in Paris, FR*
