Transfer problems helpppp!!!

I am with Santander and some of their accounts don’t support instant transfer. When setting up my account for bank account or debit card transfer it would only let me select instant and says I need to add an account for standard delivery, I’d do this but it still won’t give me the option to pick it and it still says I need to link an account with it. Any ideas???
