Transfer money to my bank account

I keep getting an error that telling me something is wrong, transaction can’t be completed at this time. I’m trying to transfer money from my PayPal to my own bank account but keep getting this error.

As you haven't said what country you are in then sorry can't advise so maybe contact customer services instead?

I’m in the United States. I did contact them but have no gotten a response
