I upgraded my account from regular to Pay Pal Cash so that I could transfer money from my checking account to my PayPal account. The two methods that have been recommended by PayPal are not available to me. 1. Go to wallet, transfer money, and add money to balance - this isn't working because 'Wallet' does not appear at the top of my screen since I upgraded. 2. Go to money, transfer money. I can get to Money, but there is no option for Transfer Money.
Any advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
