01/29/21 I transferred $689.00 to cash app. PayPal shows complete and cash app shows it was declined and funds were sent back to PayPal. 02/09/21 still no funds. Cash sent over a spreadsheet showing funds were sent back to PayPal. PayPal says no funds were returned but I have proof. Neither companies want to return my funds. Should I file a lawsuit. PayPal keep telling me to contact cash app but cash app has sent over the information funds should have been back in PayPal. Lost transfer
