Transaction keeps failing when trying to transfer to my debit card from key bank mastercard

I've been trying to transfer my balance to my keybank debit mastercard- expiration is 4/21.  I'd prefer not to transfer into my bank account as I am buying a surprise gift for the husband- any assistance?  It's failed for the past 3 days.
