I've received a message from one of my socials that he'd transfer money to my PayPal account. But then he said I need to purchase a google play card so I could received my money ASAP. Plus he says, it is necessary because he used his Google Pay Account to transfer money to my PayPal. Do I really need to purchase a Google play card for him to transfer the money to a google pay acc to PayPal? How does money transfer from Google pay to PayPal works?
