Topup balance failed

Hi there!

I'm new to PayPal account and I Topped up 50 euros to my balance yesterday. But I didn't receive the confirm email nor the balance.

And I tried again with 10 euros today which was successful. 

So where is the 50 euros I topped up yesterday and what should I do about this? Thx

Welcome to the Community! I can certainly understand the concern a situation like this can cause, and I'm sorry you experienced that. Depending on what method you used to add funds, it can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 business days to appear in your PayPal account. However, since you've mentioned that you didn't receive a notification about the transfer, I recommend contacting us directly for this to be further reviewed.
