Top up paypal funds

I have -39.78£ in my Paypal balance. I have been trying every way that I can to top up/add money but I just cant !!! The bank always informs me that something went wrong or I cant top up the amount which is bigger than the minus amount. But I even tried to top up the exact same amount, nothing happens. Stupid messages still!!!!!!

I'm not sure what the issue is with your linked bank account. I did want to let you know that there are alternate ways of resolving the balance issue.

I believe you can bring your balance to zero with a Visa card over the phone. I'll link the phone number for PayPal support.
