I transfered 136euros to a swedish account from my greek account some months ago and I saw later on that I was charged 253euros extra.
I cancelled my bank account in paypal and they charged me 190euros.
What is happening? Is it about fees or some kind of fraud? Because I wasn't supposed to have to pay fees for that transaction as said in my transaction history.
