I have not needed to use the PayPal Customer Support function for a couple of years. Today, I attempted to transfer money I personally received from a PayPalMe transaction to the Bank Account I have previously set up. This worked a year ago and the account numbers are correct. I now receive the message: There’s an issue with your account....Contact us.
I could not easily locate anywhere that would permit me to email PayPal. I did encounter something called the PayPal Assistant where I "chatted" through text, but this was a bot and I was unable to clearly state the problem because of all the questions I was being asked, most of which were not relevant.
What happened to the fantastic customer service I used to see with PayPal? How do I appropriately contact someone to find out what is wrong with my account?
