I received an email from paypal saying that the customer send me the money, then I received a second email saying:
"The payment from xxx is on temporary hold
Here's what you can do to get your payment sooner
Update the status of your service or virtual product sale
If your item doesn’t need to be shipped, (e.g., e-ticket or piano lessons) update the order status and your payment will be available within 7 days after verification."
I go to my first email, I press on Transaction Details and there is this message "We are unable to find this transaction ID. Please check and try again."
Do you know why this happens?
