Hello,
Agents from live chat told me that there is a temporary hold on my account and system requires verification which can be completed only by contacting your customer service team. The additional verification is related to sensitive information of mine which agents are not supposed to take in written / chat.
I have been trying to reach out to a representative over the phone for two weeks already.
I understand that when I call, there might be an extended queue time, but there is no queue in the first place!
All my calls to the center are ended after I answer questions from a bot which ultimately put me through to an automated response saying that the center is closed!
I am really frustrated and running out of patience. I need to withdraw money from my account. I need the account to receive money. I feel crippled with this temporary hold.
So, please help me solve this problem. please get me in touch with the "problem-solver" because after two weeks of fruitless communications, with all due respect, what I need is a workable solution not just someone to share with a detailed account of my problem for nothing.
