Switching cards between accounts

If I wanted to switch a card between two accounts regularly, would it flag as the "no 3 account rule"

The "no 3 account rule":

If a card has previously been added to 2 different PayPal accounts, it cannot be added to a third.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! 

Generally, a card can only be added to one PayPal account at a time. Also, please note that one customer can only have one Personal account and one Business account and that the financials on the account have to be in the name of the PayPal account holder. We would not recommend switching the same card to multiple accounts.
