I am hoping you all could assist me with this...
Overtime I link my bank account I go through the first two steps (bank account info, then text for id verification) then I get stuck. I get stuck on the blank loading screen with the green spinning circle and nothing ever happens. I have logged out, tried different browsers and every multiple devices. No matter what I get stuck. Nobody on pay pals chat help has been able to assist to matter how many screen shots I send or hours I wait.
You help to get by this is much appreciated!!!
