1. I lost my wallet so I Paypalled someone as the place I was visiting only accepted card.
2. The person went missing for four hours so I messaged them for a refund.
3. The system says HOLD but also said it shipping back to them.
4. Also in system, it says I can not enter a dispute or even check if the money is coming back to me because "it was resolved with seller."
I am confused.
