Hi, I recently sent money to a person in the US, but mistakenly used PHP currency instead of USD. On my account summary, it says "Money Sent - Pending". I asked the receiver if he received the money, and on his side it said "Money Received - Pending".
The source of the money came from my credit card, and I did see a reduction of balance. But apparently the receiver said it's still pending on his side. I tried resending a very small amount in USD instead of PHP, and the money went through without a problem. Why is that? We both couldn't cancel the payment so I could have resent the money using USD. I'm not sure what's really happening. Is this because of the difference in currency?
