Sending Money USA to The Netherlands

Hi,

My grandmother several times tried to transfer money but every time she get's this message;

" Let's try that again. Your recipient can't accept mobile payments right now. Try again using an email address. "

My account has been official verified yesterday, so I don't understand why it isn't working.

She lives in USA and she will transfer the money to my PayPal account in The Netherlands. 

Any tips are more than welcome!

Looks like grandma is using a phone number to send you money and you don't have a phone number confirmed on your account or something so she has to send money to your PayPal email address.  Give grandma your PayPal email address.
