Send money to friends and family

Dear Folks: I am trying to send money to friends but I don´t find this option and only I get payments for services or items. How do I define that I am sending to friends? Many thanks. Gabriel

Sadly that option is not available in every country so i presume yours is one of those countries but can't say for sure as you haven't bothered to say what country you are in.
