Seller sends full refund but PayPal not sent all refund to Buyer

I bought an item in December 2019 and it became faulty, Seller has been absolutely brilliant and refunded all £141.67 on 13-04-20. On 14-04-20             I received into my bank account £128.33 a shortfall of £13.34, I have contacted PayPal on more than several occasions online and have been cut off several times so not getting an answer from PayPal at all. In my PayPal Account it states refund £141.67 and £128.33 returned to customers bank account, the shortfall of £13.34 states Voucher???? There is no further mention of this in my account nor do I have a code that I can use. What can I do to resolve this?   Thank you for any help over this matter. Regards Stephen White.
