Restore Negative PayPal Balance

PayPal is charging me a $100.00 negative balance. All my payments are cleared and completed, I don't know where those $100.00 came from. Please help.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
