Refund

Please could someone advise, I purchased a paper shedder via ebay. After 1 week or so I queried the seller as I had not been notified of dispatch, they cancelled the order with no explanation. About a week later I received an email from Paypal informing me that the refund did not go through and that I should contact the seller, to which they do not respond. In the meantime I received a email from ebay informing that the order could not be cancelled.

I then opened a case in the resolution centre which was updated on 21/05/20 in my favour, but have had no update from paypal and had no evidence of payment in either my bank account or my paypal balance, The original refund from the seller is listed in my activity but has a line drawn through it and was never credited. Any anyone shed any light where to take this next as it says in my resolution centre that the case is closed.
