I have just sent fo 2 items off eBay and when i paid it came up $16 off your next item i filled in what i had to and when i logged in with the password i had picked it came back this site is no longer available is it a scam?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
