Hello, I have someone who refunded me almost $200. I have been emailing back and fourth with someone from PayPal and it was absolutely no help. I received an email once she refunded me FROM PayPal saying “ your money is ready for withdrawal” ?? I go to my PayPal balance it’s 0.00 but i received an email saying that she transferred the monies to me. Is there a number to call PayPal?
