Refund

Hello,

 

I recently made a purchase that did not go through due to the item going out of stock. I received an email from PayPal saying that my refund had cleared and that I should see the money in my balance. However, when I look at my PayPal I don’t even see the transaction. I called PayPal support and the automated voice made me aware of the fact that I have two PayPal accounts that are associated with the number I used to call even though I was using my personal cell. If anyone has an idea of how I can receive my refund please let me know. Thank you!
