Recent online purchase Refund.

I've purchased an item from a company called pc-eu and received an email receipt from PayPal and confirmation from the company themselves saying they received my order. However I then got a follow up email saying there was trouble processing my order, and that I had to complete it, but this will then make me log into PayPal again and take a 2nd payment. I would like a refund and I have emailed them and got nothing back. Can anyone help as it is a significant amount that has been taken. The company seems legit, but I'm doubting it slightly now. I checked out as a guest too, so it is not showing on my transactions, although I did use the same email address associated with my PayPal account.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
