I made a couple of sales on Ebay. got messages that Ive been paid.. went into paypal to transfer the money and it wont let me. I am not a new reseller. This has not happened to me before. I have several other sales all was fine
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
