I sent money to s friend that needs the money now, and she told me that PayPal said it might take up to 6 months for her to get the money ,how can she get the money now.
Hmm, what you've described sounds like a restriction on your friend's PayPal account. She may have the option to issue a refund so that you can receive the money back and send the payment to her another way outside of PayPal. She'll need to reach out to us to see what options she has.
